Movement for mind, body & beyond.
A calm studio in Patiala built on the five elements. Strong, graceful, unhurried.

Five elements. One practice.
O5 is named for the five elements: air, space, fire, water and earth. Each class draws on one of them, so your body learns to move with strength, flow and ease, and your mind gets a place to slow down.

A look inside
What your body gains
Slow, precise, mindful movement. The kind that you feel the next morning and keep for years.

Deep core strength
Build the stabilising muscles around your spine and hips that everyday life and every sport rely on.

Better posture
Undo the desk-and-phone slouch with alignment work that teaches your body to stand taller without effort.

Length & flexibility
Stretch safely with support from springs, silks and ropes, so you can go further than you could alone.

Spine relief
Hang, lengthen and decompress in the aerial hammock. A gentle release for a tired back.

A calmer mind
Breath-led classes give your thoughts somewhere quiet to settle. Leave lighter than you arrived.

Strength with grace
Low-impact, joint-friendly work that tones the whole body without pounding it.
